When will I receive my ATA hardware?
We ship the hardware via UPS 3 Day Select. Once your hardware has shipped, we will email you with the UPS tracking information.

What kind of hardware do I need to use for your service?
We will ship you the phone adapter you will need to use our service. Currently we are shipping the Grandstream HT502. It is the next generation of powerful, high quality devices. Its compact size, excellent voice quality, and configuration options make it useful for both residential and small business applications.

Do I need any other hardware?
You will not need any sort of existing network hardware to use our service. However if you already have a router you can place this unit before or after it. You will simply plug it into your current Broadband Modem and it will connect directly to Phone Power's servers (No matter what type of Broadband you use: Cable, DSL, etc.).

Can I use my own phone adapter?
At this time, we do not support BYOD (bring your own device) to our service. The reason being is because there is no guarantee that it will work with our service. Our hardware is preconfigured to work with our system to provide the highest quality service possible. In the near future, we will be allowing the use of some devices. Once that is available, we will post on our website a list of tested and approved hardware that can be used with our service.
